Manually Decode VIN

If a VIN fails to decode after you press Decode, follow these instructions.

1. Click Yes at the No VIN information can be found, proceed with manual selection?  prompt. The Series Lookup window will open.

2. Enter the Year in the Year field.

3. Select the Make from the drop down menu.

4. Enter the Model in the model field (optional).

5. Enter the series (if known) in the Series field.

6. Click Search to bring up a list of vehicles.

7. Click Select next to the vehicle you wish to associate with this VIN. The Inventory screen for that vehicle will open, allowing you to enter in inventory information.
