The Vehicle Dashboard provides access to common actions related to entering the system, changing your password, searching for vehicles, launching tasks, setups, reading alerts, and exiting the system.
The left column of the screen is the Navigation Pane and allows access to all of the appropriate Vehicle Screens. The right area of the screen (the main area) contains summary reports of various vehicle-related information contained in the system. The summary reports can be used to access a specific desired vehicle's information, and can be customized by clicking the Customize Content link at the top.

Vehicle Dashboard keeps the management informed so they can proactively manage inventory assets. It saves you time by displaying vehicle status and inventory positions prominently on the Dashboard.
Each widget on the dashboard provides a summary information about a specific aspect of your inventory.
| Widget Title | Description |
| Days | This widget shows the number of New and Used vehicles in stock for each vehicle type (Car, Truck and others) and grouped by the number of days they have been in the lot, for example, cars <=30 days, 31 - 60 days, 61-90 days and >=90 days in the lot. |
| Unsent RO Requests | This widget shows the number of New and Used vehicles in stock for which the Repair Order and Purchase Order requests have not been sent. |
| Inventory Status | This widget shows the number of New and Used vehicles - in transit, in stock, on hold, and In Service. |
| On Hold | This widget shows the number of New and Used vehicles pending sales grouped by length of time that they have been pending. For example, the number of cars on hold for <=30 days, 31 - 60 days, 61-90 days and >=90 days in the lot. |
| On-Order Vehicles | This widget shows the number of vehicles on order grouped by length of time. |
| Unposted Vehicles | This widget shows the number of unposted vehicles in the dealership |
