Quickly Search for Vehicles

To quickly search for vehicles from Dashboard:

1. In the Quick Search section, if the Quick Search field does not display on the screen, click the arrow next to the header to display it.

2. Enter your search criteria.

• You can search vehicles by Stock Number; enter full or partial stock # not less than two characters

• You can search vehicles by VIN; enter full or partial VIN not less than two characters

3. You can do one of the following from the returned list of vehicles.

• Click Print to print the list of vehicle records in the search results.

• Click the Edit link next to a vehicle record to view the basic information of the vehicle. You will be able to view and add/update information you see on this screen.

• Click the Adv Edit link next to a vehicle record to view complete information of the vehicle, including  equipment, invoice, vehicle cost, service history, and other information. You will be able to view and add/update any information on the vehicle.
