Changing a Vehicle's Stock Number

To change a vehicle's stock number, follow these steps.

1. From the Vehicle Management menu, select Vehicle Search to display the Vehicle Inquiry screen.

2. To retrieve data for this particular vehicle, type the vehicle identification number at the VIN field.

3. The vehicle should be displayed in the results table. Click the Edit icon (in the Action column just to right of the camera icon) to display the Vehicle Inventory screen.

4. From the Action menu, select Change Stock Number.

5. In the window that appears, enter in the new Stock Number. To cancel, press the Cancel button.
