Viewing Vehicle Service History Information

Home Management Add New Unit (Advanced) or Add Used Unit (Advanced)

To view Vehicle Service History information:

1. Select Add New Unit (Advanced) or Add Used Unit (Advanced) from the CDK Vehicle Dashboard.

2. Enter the information needed to retrieve the vehicle record you need. Note that fields labeled with bold text are required.

3. Do one of the following:

a. Click Open to retrieve the vehicle record.

b. Click Advanced Search to search for a record. Vehicle Search is automatically launched.

c. Click Clear to erase the currently displayed information.

4. Click the Service History tab.

5. View the service history information for the vehicle record.
